Packages allow you to pre-set different services that can be easily applied to reservations.




Important package settings are:

Correctional transaction codeIn case the service’s accrual requires corrective transactions (see below Accrual Method), this value define the code which the service will be corrected by
DurationPackage Duration. Specifies the maximum possible quantity of days for which an individual service accrual scheme can be set. In most cases this value should be "1"
PeriodicalDetermines whether the package is periodical, whether the service is iterative. In most cases this parameter should by set as active.
Package currencyPackage currency

Package positions

Set of services which are parts of the package should be itemized in the list of package items. Each of service has the following set of parameters:

ParameterDescription
Day

The order of the staying date which the service will be charged on. For example, if a package has the feature "periodical" and all services in the package assigned with day number "1", this means that each service will be post for each day of staying. If you specify the duration of the package, for example "3" (day), the services will be accrued at every third day starting from the day of arrival. It is possible to specify "Early Check-in" or "Late Check-out" as a day number, in these cases the service will be accrued on the time interval from early arrival or to late departure.

Appliement

The method of calculating the quantity of services when adding a package. Permissible values and their meaning are as follows:

RoomRegardless of the number of guests, 1 service will be charged
GuestThe number of services will be charged to the number of guests in reservations
AdultsThe number of services will be charged with the number of adult guests
All children
Children 1
Children 2
Children 3 etc.		The number of services will be charged to the number of guests of the class concerned
QuantityAlways "1".
Price (per unit)Service cost option, selected from the price options directory, which must be pre-configured in the Administration / Services card
The way of charging

The following cost options are possible:

Charge as a separate transactionThe service is charging as a separate transaction
Charge by adding to the rateThe cost of the service is added to the cost of living (transaction for living “Accommodation code”). At the same time, еhe service itself is charged additionally separately together with a correcting transaction (to charge in the amount of 0)
Charge with auto-correctionIt is used when the package price is already included in the price for accommodation. At the same time, еhe service itself is charged additionally separately together with a correcting transaction (to charge in the amount of 0)
Do not chargeServes to temporarily disable the accrual service package
